Return & Refund Policy

At Metro Gents, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags and packaging are intact.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items purchased during final sales, offers, or clearance events (unless defective).

  • Innerwear or items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Email us at metrogents069@gmail.com with your order ID, item details, and reason for return.

  • Our team will verify and arrange for a pickup or provide further instructions.

  • Once approved, your return will be processed within 2–3 working days.


4. Refunds

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID after confirmation.


5. Exchange Option

  • We offer size or color exchanges if the requested item is in stock.

  • Exchange requests must follow the same 7-day return window.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please share photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
